- Preface your header line with “[ENTRY ISSUE]”
- In the email body, provide the URL to the entry
- In the email body, describe the problem. Let us know if it does not conform to the submission requirements or what issue(s) there are with your entry.

- In the email body, list your operating system, browser, and device
- In the email body, describe the issue/bug. If possible, include the steps to reproduce the bug.
