We do not share any personal data from the mailing list or song submissions with any third parties.

How long we retain your data

If you sign up to our mailing list, we will store your email address until you unsubscribe from it.

If you submit your song through our application page, we will store your song’s YouTube thumbnail, title, associated channel name, views, and likes amount. This is so we can display the information and calculate song rankings. If you want your submitted song and associated data to be deleted from the website, please contact us.

Cookies

The Vocagathering website currently does not use cookies.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized user statistics data that includes general location (city-level) and time spent on Vocagathering website pages. We use the data to understand user traffic flows and behaviors.
